We’ve partnered with TOSHI to deliver your item(s) by a personal assistant to your door. They can advise, adjust and handle returns. This will only be available for orders delivering to an address within London zones 1-3.
1. PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
Add your item(s) to your bag, select TOSHI Try before you buy and enter a delivery address in London zones 1-3.
2. BOOK DELIVERY TIME
Select an available 30mins window for one of the experienced assistants to hand deliver the item(s) on the same day, next day or the day after.
3. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
You can also select any complimentary additional services:
- Size up/ Size down
You can select additional sizes for the assistant to bring with your order. They will wait while you decide.
- Fitting & Pinning
The assistant will be equipped to pin your clothes on the day and arrange tailoring to ensure the perfect comfort and fit.
- Inspire me
The assistant is able to present additional items for you to try before you buy (they will take payment at the door).
After you have successfully completed, you will receive an email confirming your TOSHI appointment. There will be a link to create a TOSHI account where you can manage your appointment.
5. ON THE DAY
The assistant will arrive with your item(s). They can stay as long as you need, provide additional services and make sure you are happy. The assistant will take payment for the pieces you keep and return the rest for you, hassle free. (Card payment only).
6. AFTER CARE
If you want to return any item(s), the assistant can take care of it on the day, or you can book the assistant to come back another day via your TOSHI account. To return your item(s) for orders delivered with TOSHI:
- Please create your TOSHI account following the link in your email. Log onto your TOSHI account and select a half hour window for pick up.
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging and include the original invoice in the package.
- Please have the item(s) ready for collection at the pre-determined time.
