Once we receive the parcel back, you will receive your credit or refund minus your return shipping charges listed above.
Faulty or damaged items
We take great pride in the quality in which we send our pieces. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately. Faulty goods can be returned and refunded when you receive them damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs within 28 days of purchase*
Refunds, exchanges and credit
In-stock items and accessories
Refunds and exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, contain the original tags attached, and be in their original packaging. Once we receive the item back and approve it, we will refund you through your original method of payment. Please note shipping charges and any duties will not be refunded.
Made-to-order
We are a small company that is passionate about making quality clothing you will love. Because of that, we cannot stock all styles in all colors and sizes. You can order out-of-stock styles to be made for you and even request adjustments, like a shorter hem or a longer torso in our Made-To-Order service.
Please note by purchasing a Made-To-Order item, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions which make this item non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have any questions about your size or the right fabric for you, we are always here to help guide you. If your piece does not fit right, we can alter it for you.
Credit notes
When you return an item for credit or are awarded credit, the amount will be added to your account and you will receive a confirmation email. The credit will then be available for 120 days after you receive it. To use this credit, proceed to checkout as normal and the credit will automatically be deducted from your account after your purchase.

For international returns, please note that we are not responsible for customs fees. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
