We take great pride in the quality in which we send our pieces. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately. Faulty goods can be returned and refunded when you receive it damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs within 28 days of purchase*

Refunds and Exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn, contain the original tags attached and be returned in it’s original packaging. Once we’ve received the item back and approved it, we will refund you through your original method of payment. Please note shipping charges and any duties will not be refunded.
MADE TO ORDER & BESPOKE
We are a small company that is passionate about making quality clothing you’ll love. Because of this we can’t always stock all styles in all colours and sizes. You can order "out of stock" styles to be made for you and even request adjustments, like a shorter hem or a longer torso in our “Bespoke it” service. Please note by purchasing a made to order item, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions which make this item non-returnable and non-refundable. Don't let this worry you, if you have any questions about your size or the right fabric for you, we are always here to help guide you, and if for any reason your piece doesn't fit right we can alter it for you.
Items marked “One Off” are exactly that, they are special pieces that we had limited fabric for or form part of our signature hand painted collection, making them one of a kind. Once a “One Off” item is “Sold out”, the stock will be exhausted and not available for “Made to Order”. If you purchase a “One Off” item which is sold out, we will refund you in full.
SHIPPING BACK TO US
You have two options, you can return the parcel to us via the currier or postal service of your choice, or request us to ship it back on your behalf. If you would like us to help you ship the parcel back we are happy to do so, we will email you a returns label to attach to your parcel and any extra customs documents you may need. Once we receive the parcel back, you will receive your credit or refund minus your return shipping charge as below:
When you return an item for credit or are awarded credit, the amount will be added to your account and you will receive a confirmation email. The credit will then be available for 120 days after you receive it. If you wish to use this credit, proceed to checkout as normal and the credit will automatically be deducted from your account after your purchase. If you need help or have questions about your credit please contact us.
